Came across a profound story about Jack Gibson in the Sydney Morning Herald yesterday. For those of you who might not know who Jack Gibson is, he is considered one of the, if not THE finest Australian Rugby League
coach Australia has ever had. One of the quotes he has left us with is - "If you're standing still, you're going backwards fast!".
What can you do
today to move towards your dreams?
Have a truly outstanding one!

Dear Friend,
Firstly, I hope the New Year has ushered in fresh vigour and determination to be even more present to every moment and to experience the victory and fulfilment in every situation.
I am starting this blog for a number of reasons:
- to break the cycle of procrastination - I have indeed been wanting to do this for a while
- to share with you my daily lessons learnt with the hope that my insights will spark food for thought for you
My commitment to you is to do my very best to keep posting you fresh material with new tips, tools, strategies and insights that I come across each and every day as I pursue my personal journey towards even greater self-enlightenment and wisdom.
Here's a gift I'd like to share with you - a movie from one of my favorite people and mentors on this planet - Tony Robbins. It's a movie his team have put together called "12 Tenets". View this when you have a few minutes of quiet time to reflect. As always, I encourage proactive listening/watching i,e ask yourself the question - "How can I put this insight to productive use to improve the quality of my life and those around me, right now?". Then, just make the commitment to follow up on the actions that you will inevitably come up with.
Turn up the speakers and enjoy!
Wishing you Peace, Truth and Joy!
Your Friend,
Dominic Siow
